Overall rating

The Power of Prana goes to the heart of how energy is generated for the body using the breath. It offers a combination of easy breathing techniques, exercises, cleansing methods, meditations and visualizations, that one can practice in as little as ten minutes a day. Even doing the routine a few times a week should bring great benefit.
It makes a fine companion to the 2004 book from Master Co and Dr. Robins, Your Hands Can Heal You, which was an excellent guide to the use of Pranic Healing techniques. Although the earlier book was probably more suited to those dedicated to the practice of energy healing, “The Power of Prana” is so well presented and illustrated that anyone should be able to benefit greatly from it, no matter their prior experience.
I have taken Master Co’s classes, and have experienced the power of these techniques first hand. I am glad to see a simplified guide focused on the few essentials that can make the biggest impact on one’s health.
