Oh yes, Diana has done it again! Following on her earlier book, Get Naked, which included main dishes, salads and desserts, this book focuses exclusively on milkshakes made of coconut-based ice cream, nut-milks, fruits and superfoods. The recipes combine nutrition-packed ingredients with scrumptious taste and eye-appeal to offer total indulgence without the guilt.

Coconut Bliss ice cream by Larry and Luna is called for in all the recipes. If you don't like coconut or can't find it, you can substitute home-made frozen nut milks, for which she provides recipes and lots of comparative nutritional information. For sweetening, Diana suggests bananas, dates and/or agave syrup. She acknowledges some controversy around agave, and suggests that you experiment and see what works best for you.

From Popeye's Cream Dream to Cherry Vanilla Chocolate Chip, Diana puts the joy back into vegetarian eating.
