I really enjoyed this book. I have always had this nagging feeling that I always need to be doing something - constantly looking for ways to improve myself. This book gave me 52 ways that I can improve my life, and the steps are simple and practical and can easily be implemented into your daily routine. I have been doing some of these practices and I have to say that I feel much more relaxed and at ease.
The author says it best. Begin to notice the little things, see magic and miracles unfold in your life, live in the moment, relish spontaneous surprises, have fun and play with life, watch sunrises, watch sunsets, and enjoy life to the fullest as you create and define life on your terms.
