Kate Wildrick is the co-founder of the Ingenuity Innovation Center, LLC, an organization dedicated to developing community-based sustainable solutions that are shared using an open source platform. With twelve years working in the corporate world as a Human Capital Development Specialist, Kate is best known for her work on generational issues and trends in the workplace, which has been presented to institutional audiences across the country.
